This is a great camping lot within the gated community of Linn Valley Lakes. This lot is on a paved road and right across the street from 5-acre lake. (It's only a few blocks form the boat ramp on the 135 acre lake). There are trees on 3 sides and a partial view of the lake across the street. It has electrical service that is buried underground from the service pole to the RV. There is a 1500 gallon below grade holding tank for wastewater and a 500 gallon clean water tank that stays. The propane service is through local Gas and a leased tank is set behind the RV. Since there is a wastewater holding tank, this lot is approved for either part time camping, or full time living.
