short sale sold as is. 3 br two bath house on a full basement was remodeled a year ago. However a tree has split and is resting on the house. The main sewer line MUST ? be clogged because sewage has been allowed to accumulate on basement floor. There is a rodent problem here also as evidenced by the droppings and visual sightings.
